Delivery Options and Information
We send out goods same or next business day whenever possible after your payment has been confirmed.
If you purchase an item that is on pre-order then it will clearly state that before purchase and we will keep you informed of the expected delivery date. Your order will be sent as soon as what you have ordered is back in stock.
Delivery times are generally very fast but will of course depend on your location and the delivery option you select at checkout.
The Inverter Shop is able to offer great value shipping costs as we have been able to negotiate some very competitive rates from major courier services and we pass all these savings directly on to you.
Upon payment confirmation all orders are professionally and securely packaged and then dispatched from our warehouse. You can rest assured you will receive your order quickly and in great condition.
We only ever use the most reputable national freight services including TNT Express, TNT Overnight First Class, Australian Air Express and Australia Post's Express Post. We will always use a safe, reliable and proven courier service. The actual delivery options available to you at checkout will depend on your location and products being ordered.
Real time live tracking is provided for all orders ensuring you receive your order quickly and safely all the while knowing exactly where your order is and when it will be delivered. If you are ever unsure about your order you can always contact us by phone or email and we can look into it for you.
We do offer FREE SHIPPING on some products and specials and this will be clearly marked on the product page and in the shopping cart for these items.
For any other products we are always upfront with you about any and all delivery charges and you can clearly see all delivery costs before you buy, giving you complete peace of mind.
To find out the cost of delivery for any items you want to purchase simply simply click the "Buy Now" button on the product page which will add the product to your shopping cart. From there you will be able to eneter your postcode and get a shipping quote with a list of all available delivery options available to you.
Collecting Goods from our Warehouse
We do also offer a pick up option for any orders. When ordering you can simply select the "Pick Up" option to save on the delivery cost if you live close by. Once we have confirmed payment we will notify you that your order is ready for collection from our warehouse and you can come down any time during our operating hours to pick it up. Our warehouse is based in Richmond, South Australia.
